PRDV: WVMEA Conference 2025
WVU School of Music will offer a 3-hour Professional Development class for teachers attending the Annual 2025 WVMEA In-Service Conference, March 6 – 8, 2025. Teachers must register for the class and the conference. There is a $20.00 fee on the Conference registration form.
After attending the conference, a two-page reflective summary of the conference must be submitted to Renee.Wyatt@mail.wvu.edu.
This professional development credit can be used for license renewal and/or salary upgrade.

This professional development credit can be used for license renewal and/or salary upgrades.

Teachers must:
- Register for and attend the 2025 conference. Participants are assessed a $20.00 fee by WVMEA for hosting the class. Register for the WVMEA Conference – WVMEA.org.
- Register for the class through WVU – online.wvu.edu/admissions/professional-development
WVU tuition for a 3 hr. grad credit is @ $231.00 ($77.00 a credit hour). More information: 800-253-2762 | WVUOnline@mail.wvu.edu. - Teachers will receive 3 hrs of graduate credit for license renewal and salary upgrade.
- After the conference participants will be asked to answer 3 questions concerning their experience.
- Grades are P/F and will be available mid-May at the end of WVU semester.
